Dreamworks

Dreamworks LLC is a media company that produces animated movies for adults and children worldwide. They came to us with offices only in China, seeking to have space here for a few of their executives. Since they had no NYC presence, and all of the assets for the company were overseas, this gave us a unique challenge in placing them. Initially, they had requirements for the Columbus Circle area, that didn’t quite connect with the market. We subsequently hunted down the right size and quality for their tastes relatively quickly, considering that small space in the area is not readily available. In the end, we found them a fantastic office, on a 23rd floor with great light and views, in a building that had higher end amenities they wanted. Furthermore, we beat out two other offers the landlord had for the space!
