Bio:

With over 10 years of NYC real estate experience in office leasing & sales, Luke Elliott utilizes his extensive technical and data analysis to identify appropriate opportunities to meet, and often times exceed a client’s desired requirements. Being a native New Yorker, Luke has a thorough understanding of the NYC real estate market. Drawing upon his past career in finance, he uses that to negotiate the best possible terms for his clients, ensuring a direct benefit to their bottom line, while meeting their requirements.
Having negotiated a number of deals, he uses his patient demeanor as an asset.
Arranging multiple showings and working closely with his customers, sometimes over months, to be sure they are fully satisfied with their choices. Understanding that while in the end, this is a financial transaction, it is also a stressful and confusing one, and that patience and understanding make the entire experience less so.
