I focus on small to midsize companies (SMBs) with regard to workspace strategies as they pertain to relocation, expansion, subleasing, cost savings, the creation of branded workspace as well as local and regional retail expansion. My approach is collaborative, focused squarely on the strategies presented by my customers.
Prior to entering Commercial Real Estate, my background includes senior management positions leading corporate entities for Sony Music Entertainment, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer pictures and in retail as the VP/GM of a regional retail chain (160 stores), where in addition to the day to day operation of the stores, I also executed all their real estate transactions. I have also owned and operated several local retail and B to B businesses.
My recent commercial transactions have totaled 25,000rsf of corporate HQ workspace and 15,000 sq. ft. of retail installations. Representing a wide range of customers including: School of Rock, Cinedigm Pictures, Vector Mgt. (division of Live Nation), CeciNY Designs, Fig& Olive Restaurants (Corp HQ), Brooklyn Game Lab, Conway & Partners (Real Estate marketing), Poke Village, as well as independent Physical Therapy,
Acupuncture practices, and Spas.
