My family has been in ownership/management/brokerage since 1932. I am a native New Yorker who grew up hearing about deals and was always fascinated by architecture and buildings. I am the fourth generation of my family to make my career in the real estate business. I have represented numerous prestigious clients, and have personally sold nearly $500 million worth of commercial property, including the Daily News Building. I am also a landlord and see transactions from both points of view and can therefore help my client make a deal that works for both the Buyer and Seller or Landlord and Tenant as the case may be. My business philosophy is 'win-win ', or we don’t make the deal. Ideally, I try to create an agreement that benefits everybody. If everyone doesn’t come out happy, I haven’t done my job.
Recently I have represented Stellar Management in their lease of 36,000 square feet to Wework and represented a Purchaser of a Walgreen’s net lease in order to satisfy their 1031 tax exchange requirements.

With over 10 years of NYC real estate experience in office leasing & sales, Luke Elliott utilizes his extensive technical and data analysis to identify appropriate opportunities to meet, and often times exceed, a client's desired requirements. Being a native New Yorker, Luke has a thorough understanding of the NYC real estate market. Drawing upon his past career in finance, he uses that to negotiate the best possible terms for his clients, insuring a direct benefit to their bottom line, while meeting their requirements.
Having negotiated a number of deals, he uses his patient demeanor as an asset.
Arranging multiple showings and working closely with his customers, sometimes over months, to be sure they are fully satisfied with their choices. Understanding that while in the end this is a financial transaction, it is also a stressful and confusing one, and that patience and understanding make the entire experience less so.

I focus on small to midsize companies (SMBs) with regard to workspace strategies as they pertain to relocation, expansion, subleasing, cost savings, the creation of branded workspace as well as local and regional retail expansion. My approach is collaborative, focused squarely on the strategies presented by my customers.
Prior to entering Commercial Real Estate, my background includes senior management positions leading corporate entities for Sony Music Entertainment, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer pictures and in retail as the VP/GM of a regional retail chain (160 stores), where in addition to the day to day operation of the stores, I also executed all their real estate transactions. I have also owned and operated several local retail and B to B businesses.
My recent commercial transactions have totaled 25,000rsf of corporate HQ workspace and 15,000 sq. ft. of retail installations. Representing a wide range of customers including: School of Rock, Cinedigm Pictures, Vector Mgt. (division of Live Nation), CeciNY Designs, Fig& Olive Restaurants (Corp HQ), Brooklyn Game Lab, Conway & Partners (Real Estate marketing), Poke Village, as well as independent Physical Therapy, Acupuncture practices, and Spas.
